It is the responsibility of the owner/Landlord to ensure that this form is filled out and submitted at least twenty four(24) hours prior to occupancy. The census is intended to be filled out by the occupant/s of the unit, This census should be reviewed or re-submitted annually.

Our census is mandatory so that management and staff will always be aware of each and every resident, vehicle, children and pets. For the safety of our residents the emergency contact info is very important and part of this census.

On this form; OWNER is always the condominium Association Member and TENANT is always the party that is renting from the owner.

False statements or incomplete form submissions may disqualify you or your potential tenant from occupying any lot in the Key by the Sea community.
